Leonard Matlik

Leonard joined Khachaturian Engineering in September 2015 after working at Guth-Deconzo Engineers in New York for several years. He is responsible for overall project management and Plumbing and Fire Protection design.

Previously, Leonard has worked as Senior Project Manager and Associate for several MEP consulting companies such as Guth-Deconzo, STV Incorporated, and Kallen & Lamelso. He has extensive experience in Plumbing and Fire Protection in a broad range of markets, including hotels, high-rise residential condos, schools, commercial, hospitals, restaurants, universities, laboratories, and many more.

George joined Khachaturian Engineering in July 2017. He graduated from G.Asachi Technical University in Lasi, Romania in June 1993. George is a mechanical engineer with over 15 years of U.S. Fire Protection experience working for large contractors, utility companies and M.E.P. firms.

Roman Karlstein

Roman joined Khachaturian Engineering in April 2018. He graduated from the Polytechnic University in Minsk, Belarus in 1987. Roman is a plumbing and fire protection engineer with over 30 years of experience in the design of plumbing and fire protection systems for educational, transportation, commercial, institutional and industrial facilities. He has been responsible for the planning, scheduling and coordination of all phases of project development, as well as systems evaluations, schematic design, code considerations, and energy consumption and life-cycle cost analysis.
